The meal was excellent but I ordered Mild and it was very hot!!!! I’ve ordered many times from you and always get mild and it has just a bit of heat….which is perfect. This was too hot….but still good flavor.

We order from Indian Kitchen a LOT! The flavor and value is THEE BEST! I am finding it difficult to get the 'heat' right now. A little inconsistent. We always ordered at 3/5 but now that is too hot. I ordered one dish at 2 and one at 3 (same dish) and they really came home (take out) with the same heat. We have dropped down to a 2/5 now. Could handle a little more heat-but the 3 has become almost too hot. Just don't know what heat we will be getting. My only complaint. Still well worth buying here!
